Comfortably sleeps 12 people and is conveniently located just 0ne mile from Lake Michigan and the beautiful  Frankfort Lighthouse , built by an experienced Michigan custom home builder, this brand new ranch style home includes a finished lower level walk out finished being built in April 2023 specifically for your vacationing experience !  better !    This new home boasts of  5 spacious bedrooms ( 4 king size comfy beds+ !)and  4 bathrooms with  lots of possible different sleeping arrangements  Multiple panoramic awarding winning Golf courses to choose from in any direction ! Hiking , Biking and Kayaking ( 3 Kayaks and one excellent new paddle board easy to transport at house -no charge )You have  10 acres of walking trails up and down ridges to explore even on a rainy day not only do you have a selection of board games and activities but grab the umbrella and explore the property.  Even in the rain under the towering pines you barely get wet. This ranch style home was built in 2012.  First floor has 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms , an open living dining kitchen area with high ceilings. master bedroom has king bed and full bathroom, 2nd room has 2 full size beds, 3rd room has a queen size bed. All wood floors throughout. Finished basement with a large bedroom, 2 king beds, and an open rec room featuring 2 comfortable couches, as well as, 2 quality Futon beds. A new large covered screened porch added to enjoy the outdoors even on those heavy mosquito evenings !
